There are some practical and proven ways to reduce weight while sticking to our day-to-day routine as it does not involve any kind of yoga, exercise, or strict keto diet plan. In today's world, people tend to live a sedentary lifestyle -little to no physical activity which has resulted in increased body mass. 

Likewise, some people confront a lot of obstacles and hurdles in doing any kind of exercise due to physical trauma like roadside accidents and Post-Operative procedures. But here a question arises, what can a person do to reduce obesity and avoid health-related problems?

Ø Get Help from Your Gut

Nature has bestowed us with little friends which live inside our gut and perform various activities 24/7. They play a key role in burning excess fats within our bodies by improving digestion and in turn metabolism. Probiotics and Prebiotics help gut-friendly bacteria to live and flourish. Newborn babies and infants get these from maternal breast milk while adults can consume yogurt, cheese, and butter which has live cultures.

Maternal milk protects babies from bad bacteria as there are hundreds of kinds of probiotics present in it. For young people, this enriched diet is one way but advancement in medical science has given another way to human beings. Prebiotics and probiotics are now available in tablets and powder form as well, This has given added convenience and helps cut down fat without exercise and diet.

Not only does drinking 8 glasses of water daily can make our brain more alert and responsive but it can also help in shedding those extra pounds which make us unable to get fit into our favorite dress. On one hand, the detox water flushes out toxins from your body and on the other hand, you can creatively meet daily hydration requirements. Let's look at some quick recipes to try. Lemon and Honey Water in the morning empty stomach does wonders in reducing bad cholesterol. Cut a lemon in half in warm water, add a teaspoon full of honey to it.

Mint and cucumber detox water is another great and effective way. Put Lemon, Cucumber, and Mint in a jar full of water and let it stay for 2 to 3 hours. Enjoy this delicious drink throughout your day. 

We also have Cinnamon detox water. Take 3 to 4 sticks of cinnamon and sock them in a jar of water. Let them stay overnight. Drink cinnamon water for quick results on empty stomach.

In our metabolism, protein digestion and assimilation take a lot of energy than we can think of. This energy is taken by burning fats within our bodies. So, a protein-rich diet not only helps in regenerating and rejuvenating our skin, hairs, and nails but also reduces excess fats. There are two major sources of protein i.e animals and plants.
