Mental health contains our psychological, emotional, and social prosperity. It affects our feelings, action, and thinking. It also helps determine how to control stress, and relate to others. The long history of the term mental hygiene is in the United States, having first been used by William Sweetzer in 1843. Mental health is important as physical health for everyone at every stage of life.

1: Value and take care of yourself

  Treat yourself with respect and avoid self-criticism. Make time for yourself. Spend time on your hobbies, favorite projects. Plant a garden, polish your skills, and become fluent in another language. To do this help you to improve your mental health.

Also, take care of yourself. Be sure to:
