WHAT IS AN IMPACTED WISDOM TOOTH?
If you are lucky enough, you will not have any difficulty with your
wisdom tooth for your whole life. But sometimes it becomes impacted.
Do you know what the
impacted tooth is? When your mouth does not give much space to wisdom teeth to
grow or they start to grow wrongly or sometimes might be stuck in your gum
while growing.
DOES IMPACTED WISDOM TOOTH CREATE COMPLICATIONS?
If your doctor said that your wisdom tooth is impacted and you are
worried whether you should take any treatment or not. Will it create any
complications? So take my kind suggestion and take treatment according to your
doctor's advice as soon as possible.
Because it can create different types of complications.
- You could get the complication of tooth decay as it is very
difficult to clean and brush that very corner of the mouth.
- It can develop a noncancerous tumor.
- It can damage the nearby teeth
- It can develop the chances of infection in the affected area
- It can give you burning pain.
IS THERE ANY WAY FOR PREVENTION?
If you are searching for anything that prevents you from impacted
wisdom teeth. So, unfortunately, there are not any prevention tips but to
remove them.
IS IT SCARY TO REMOVE A WISDOM TOOTH?
If your doctor suggested you remove a wisdom tooth. It might be
scary for you that you got a small cut in your gum and after removal of the
tooth, you will get some stitches too to put your gum back. But not necessarily
you always get cut sometimes removal could be possible without cutting. You can
discuss with your dentist what type of removal you are going to get.
But wait a while, cool down, calm your heart, your dentist will
give you anesthesia so you will not get pain while operating.
After one or two weeks of
proper caring that your dentist suggested, you will be all right.
PURPOSE OF THE WISDOM TOOTH
You must be wondering, if people remove them and don't get any
further difficulty in the future, what is the purpose of them growing in our
mouth? According to anthropologists, wisdom teeth have outlived their purpose
now. Our ancestors needed them to chew roots

Keep your mouth hygienic. Most people do clean their mouths but
they don't know how to brush their teeth properly. Move your brush in a
circular motion, on your teeth. Keep your favorite toothpaste on your teeth for
a few seconds and then spit. Visit your dentist in at least 6 months for a
proper check-up.
