A Poem Dedicated for COVID-19 Patients written by Sana Nelson
Oh my dear your strength is falling,
Do u feel like it is God's calling?
To leave the dark and live in heaven's light?
Or do you feel your struggle will ever be ended?
And one day you will be relieved of your routine
fight.
Do you feel pressurized by pills or people?
Do you feel like shouting out loud across that
steeple?
Do u ever feel like being cast away?
Do you ever feel alone and going astray?
I assure you, my love, it is our love for you, not
sympathy.
We truly do care for you with the heartiest empathy.
Do not be dismayed or discouraged by what you face,
For I promise you that this is just a trial, a temporary
phase.
I am sure you will recover and stand tall,
I am sure you will be secure and never look back on this covid fall.
We are all with you in this time of pain,
We are desirous to see the eternal blessings you
shall gain.
One day you will testify that yes I had a fall,
But I came out with Victory over this coronavirus in pandemic war!
