As
winter approaches, our bodies begin to dry out. Particularly our scalp dried
up. Our bodies approach to get dry due to cold winds, but the top cause of
dryness of our scalp is that we wash our heads with hot water, which reduces
the natural oil of our hair, and dandruff starts to appear on our scalp, which
may become itchy. If someone is already suffering from this problem, it even
gets worse. Dry flakes spread to the top of our hair and destroy our personalities.
Neglecting our hair health by not giving them an oil massage causes more
damage. A good shampoo and conditioner are not very enough for the health of
our hair they need some natural things too.

· Brush Your Hair A Lot
Stimulating
the scalp increases blood circulation, thus increasing the moisture content of
the oil, which keeps the hair and scalp healthy. A well-nourished skull is
flax-free.
· Drink Plenty Of Water
During
the winter, we often forget to drink water. Sometimes that causes dehydration
of the skin and hair, which causes more dryness. The average water consumption
limit is set at 5-liters a day, but if it gets colder, you can do it with 4
liters!
· Avoid Direct Heat
Heat
is one of the most common causes of flaky scalp. Hairdryers are commonly used
in the winter as wet hair can cause headaches and colds. But direct contact
with heat — such as ironing sticks and hair dryers — dries the scalp. Instead,
a towel dries your hair and lets it dry naturally.
· Make Your Diet Schedule
One
way to get rid of dryness is to change your diet. Vitamin B, Zinc, and Omega 3
are the best sources of nutrition for hair and scalp. Include fruits and raw
salads in your diet. Eggs, fish, bananas, and spinach are potent sources of
these nutrients.
· Apply Oil To Your Hair
Apply
oil to your hair before each head bath. Coconut oil is the best form of
hydration for the scalp and hair. You can also mix some oils using coconut oil
as a base — olive oil, neem oil, almond oil, and castor oil in equal amounts.
Heat the oil lightly and apply it from head to toe. Wash it off with a mild
shampoo. You can also add a few drops of tea tree oil, that's a popular remedy
for dryness.
· Don't Dye Your Hair
Chemical
products such as hair dye, strong shampoos, and styling products make scalp
itch worse. Avoid using them in winter as the scalp gets dry.
