The ability to back off the defensive nature and engage in dialogues with constructive criticism helps you articulate and get an insight into your personality as a worker. Hence, for the growth of an individual, you must express your concerns to the higher authority without any hesitation. If you failed to do so, and find yourself tangled in the web with toxic co-workers who are always complaining, it’s your time to take a shift and disconnect yourself from the job.
