Emotions are what make
a human being. We all have emotions, some have less, some have more but we all
have emotions. These are the emotions that enable us to feel pleasure, sorrow,
pain, etc. But as a human being the most important thing is that how to manage
these emotions, sometimes when we can't manage them and we are at our worst
point. We try to escape from them or you may say that one tries to punish
himself over other's mistakes. And unfortunately, the time we are living in
when no one has time to listen to others; all are busy engaging through social
media, at that time one sees the only solution to escape from this is to take
drugs. Drugs; the easiest way to detach oneself from pain.

Have you ever talked to a drug addict? Have you ever listened
from them that from where it all started? Mostly they all tell you the same
story that it started when they got ditch by their loved ones or suffered from
a heavy loss in business or the death of their very close family member. In
such situations, drugs give them temporary relief from their pain that turns
into guilt or shame, to relief from this shame. They again do drugs and the
cycle goes on.
And here is the time when things go from bad to worse, but the
question is that is it curable? Have prisoners of drugs ever escaped from this
lifelong pain or prison?
The realization of being in a wrong thing
The first and the most important thing to make a drug addict
realized is that he is in the wrong thing that could destroy his own along with
the lives of his loved ones.
Need of a Psychologist
After this realization, the 2nd milestone is also a difficult
task to realize him to go to a psychologist in a society where people feel
shame in discussing things related to their mental health, where society titled
them "mad" if one concerns with a psychologist.
High fees of Psychologists
Even though if one wins the struggle of this battle too then the
high fees of a psychologist or Psychiatrist are enough to make one's spirit
low. Will the drug addict accept to invest his money to pay those high fees of
psychologists that he invests in drugs, lately?
After completing all of these stages over several years. Is it
possible for a drug addict to be drug-free? Will he be able to live a life free
of drug abuse once more? What if his pain resurfaces in a different context in
his life? He'll need his psychologist again if another occurrence triggers him.
It implies that the long period of struggle will begin all over again.
Pain, drugs, negative repercussions, guilt, counseling,
triggering with another event, and then drugs once more. It's an endless cycle
of agony, drugs, and rehab, and the more depressed and weak-willed a person is,
the more likely he is to fall back into it. Being a strong-willed individual
and working on your circumstances are the only things that can assist any drug
addict get out of this scenario.
