Generation Z is very diverse and different from other generations.
This generation was born between 1997 and 2012. The kids of this generation are
passionate about social justice and cleavage their identities to create a
better world for everyone. They are on the track of the most educated
generation, and to give them a sense of space in time, most of the people on
Gen-Z has never known life without a smartphone. It is an identification for
people who grow up in the new era of communication and technology. It is an
activist generation that stands up for what they believe. Gen-Z is
hyper-focused on the more significant issues in society instead of just what is

So, what makes "Generation Z" different from other
generations?
Every generation has had individuals who lived beyond the box,
people who did things differently, subsequently changed the world through
music, running a business, or leading the gripping movement change. These
individuals transformed the way a human behaves. Gen-Z is the first limitless
generation that no longer needs to create an entire strategy to reach and
influence thousands of people. They just created a tweet to think of the power
that it holds for every single-gender.
It has a platform with which they can voice their opinion and idea.
A mean person only needs to open the phone and will probably find any friend
talking about a trending news topic as if there is some expert. This concept
alone takes an entire generation and puts it beyond the box. It is the only
generation in which teenagers could get income. They can also work from home
and would still get money. Gen-Z is also starting their business; the cost of
10 business failures today were the same as one business failure ten years ago.
The roadblocks on Gen-Z in terms of starting a business have lifted
one challenge they look young, and people judge them based on how they look,
not on what they say or do. Gen-Z is programmed, so different from any past
generation. They are growing super savvy, all marketing experts, and have
developed the personal brand from the minute Gen-Z joined social media. So this
means that the new world is molding Gen-Z mini trailblazers, and they do not
even realize it because, to them, it is natural. A study shows that 70% of
Gen-Z surveyed wanted to do their business, and 15% had already started high
school. They are even starting charity sites which seems unimaginable. So they
are doing incredible tasks that previous generations have not done.
Technology is eradicating values from Gen-Z
Technology plays a vital role in eradicating the fundamental values
that was embedded in prior generations.
Trust
When generation X was teenagers, they trusted that they would grow
up and secure an excellent job for their life with good education and hard
work. That was the idea of a good school
and degree, specialization in a particular job, and retirement. However,
technology has revolutionized. However, the technology eliminates 9 to 5 jobs;
they are eradicating human labor and replacing robots. Like this, technology
has revolutionized trust.
Truth
Technology has eliminated truth from the environment. Anyone can
share anything on the internet regardless of its truthfulness. About 70% of
claims on Twitter are false than true. Technology is no longer giving truth
rather opinions and beliefs. Like this, technology has revolutionized truth for
generations.
Patience
The brain hates waiting, so people multitask work on many projects.
Gen-Z cannot wait for results. They want their results of work to be as fast as
their Wi-Fi connections. Like this technology has revolutionized patience for
Gen-Z
In a world where technology will never stop and evolving, people
cannot stop the development. So it would be better to go with the flow and take
advantage of all possibilities in life.
