Why not commit suicide?
As a result, depression and other forms of mental suffering can bring you to your knees. Many times, it's difficult to see what lies ahead while you're stumbling through this cloud of hopelessness and despair.
If you're suffering from bodily or mental agony, you'll probably do whatever you're able to do to relieve it. Suicide may seem like the only option if you can't see a way out.
First, realize those suicidal thoughts are not a sign of weakness. Normal human behavior dictates that you desire to stop the pain as much as possible. As a result, it's not uncommon for individuals with good intentions to try to convince you that suicide is not the answer.
Life is full of ups and downs. The future is gloomy. A person may go through a period in which he is unable to enjoy anything. There is a chance he will feel nervous and wonder if it is worth it to stick around. What does it imply when you've reached your limit?
What a wonderful life you have ahead of you!
"There are so many individuals that are interested in you."
A new day awaits us tomorrow.

Because I've had mental health crises and suicidal ideation, I know how hollow and worthless these words may seem.
What matters is that someone takes the time to think about people and things that are important to them before making a decision. You may discover that even when a person is suffering from depression and anxiety, there are things in life that are worth living.
What are your reasons for living?
Ø Live for the ones who care about you.
When you're a teenager, it might feel like the world is against you. Problems at school, with parents, friends, etc., might be the cause of this. Someone cares about you at the end of the day. Parents, relatives, friends, instructors, and everyone else who knows you cares about you and can help you succeed.
Ø Reasons for accomplishing the purpose
Most of the individuals who made it out alive weren't necessarily the most physically fit or the most intelligent; rather, they were the ones who had the greatest goals in mind. Character and resiliency are developed as a result of going through life's trials. Some of the world's strongest individuals have had the most terrible lives. Life's worst challenges help shape who we are. Some people discover meaning or purpose in their lives depending on their experiences. They had a job to do, so they set out to do it. People don't go to church if they don't have a good life. One reason for remaining around is that everyone needs a sense of direction and a sense of purpose.
Ø Pets need you
When it comes to their pets, people tend to have a strong bond with them. They have children with them, and in some cases, the bond is so strong that it will keep humans on the planet.
Ø For having future experience
To see your children grow up, to dance on your friend's lawn, and to fulfill other things on your bucket list that you've been frightened to do in the past, you should live long enough.
Life requires a certain amount of bravery. Period. It is frightful to wake up each day without knowing what awaits. You may be frightened to take any action because of all the possibilities and potential hazards that lie ahead if you think about them.
In the reality, you have no idea what is ahead. No one knows how to do it. Things might become worse — but they could get better very quickly as well. Taking into account potential problems helps you to prepare for them.
Take a deep breath and remind yourself that each day is a potential and an unmolded lump of clay you can sculpt. Your decisions influence the clay's form. Using a therapist can help you take the initial steps.
Ø Thoughts and sensations that aren't pleasant will pass.
Depending under the circumstances, suicidal behavior might be spontaneous. Either way, negative thoughts or sensations won't stay forever either. How one feels today may be very different from how one feels tomorrow or shortly.
Without you, the world would be a very different place.
Nobody is immune to the impact of someone taking their own life. According to my perspective, the world can only improve if you're still around!
Ø Thoughts and emotions are often misguided.
Individuals who take their own lives frequently believe that their actions make them a burden on others. If you don't ask someone, you'll never know if you're burdensome. There are a lot of misunderstandings about how people feel. Most people, when asked whether they feel burdened by their situation, will reply that they don't and helpfully talk to you.
Ø Death by suicide is not a glamorous endeavor.
Anxiety does not lead to suicidal ideation. Negative experiences in a person's life do not usually lead to suicidal behavior. A normal response is often presented like this in the media. The media can glorify suicide, but we must remember that these are entertainment programs. When a loved one passes away, it's not fun to see them suffer.
Ø There is aid available for those who need it.
People do get better, despite current hardships and what may appear to be a hopeless situation. It costs time and money to educate those who want to serve others.
Ø The good news is that you are not alone.
When you think you're the only one dealing with your problems, you're not. The adolescent years may be a difficult period for many people.
Ø As a permanent solution to a transitory situation, suicide is the only option available.
If you don't give it a go, you'll never know if things may improve. Suicide is often referred to as a permanent solution to transient problems, but that's not the case. As much as I dislike this description, certain issues aren't transitory. The passage of time does not remove or alter your memories. Loss or trauma will be with you for the rest of your life. Things will get better, but you'll probably have to put in some effort. Since not all harm can be restored, your future may look a little different than what you had in mind. You can learn from your mistakes even if you can't fix them.
Ø Death leaves more questions than it answers.
Through their death, some people believe they may exact vengeance on others and let them know how they truly feel. If you don't talk to suicide survivors, they'll have no idea what you're thinking or feeling. What might I have done to make a difference? It's not clear why someone would want to do that. Did they realize how much I adored and cherished them?
Ø Live for little things.
The simplest things make a big difference in the quality of life. There's nothing better than watching the sunset on the beach or enjoying your favorite ice cream.
Moments are all that you remember after you die, not years or months.
