Respected Sir!
It is stated that I (name) student of (course name)
morning/evening program. I want to request you for the change of my
shift from morning to evening because of some financial problems I want to
apply for a private job to meet my needs. My father is a retired employee and
it is difficult for him to pay for my fees and other expenditures. Covid-19
severely affected low-income families all over the world. Some of
the other personal factors also enforce me to leave the morning shift.
I basically belong from a remote area (name), (province name), and
living here outside a private hostel. Living outside in twin cities is really
difficult for me with low income. So, I decided to do a job in the private
sector to meet my needs.
Again I humbly request you to please change my class from morning
to evening. So I will be able to prolong my studies. I shall be highly obliged
